He has gained a wealth of experience in all areas of machining through his various roles as a Toolmaker, a Toolroom Charge Hand, a CNC Process Engineer and for the last 10 years as a Machining Team Manager.

He has worked in the Automotive, Oil & Gas and Plastics industry sectors.
